roast turkey, pig in blanket, roast potatoes,
yorkshire pudding,carrot and swede,
leeks, peas, parsnips, cauliflower cheese.

vegetarian beetroot wellington with all of the trimmings
(excluding pig in blanket)

confit duck served with creamy mash, tenderstem brocolli,
honey roasted carrots and a red currant gravy.

Pan seared hake served with creamy spinach mash potato and
king prawns in a garlic butter.

we will be open until 1am with a buffet at 9pm.
countdown on the screens and a great playlist.

around 11.55 pm we will head out to just behind the driving range (weather permitting) to watch the fireworks from st.ives, hayle and everywhere else you can see with the golf clubs spectacular veiws.
